On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting/dinng room with TV and DVD player, which opens onto a large terrace with built in barbeque.  The terrace looks out over the orange groves towards the mountains.  There is also a fully equiped kitchen, utility room and shower room on this floor.

The staircase leads up to bedroom 1 (double bed), with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath), and fitted wardrobe.  Patio doors lead onto a large terrace, again with valley and mountain views.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and share a terrace that overlooks the swimming pools.  There is also another bathroom on this floor.

The top floor is the sun terrace, from here there are views of  both the valley and mountains and swimming pools.  There are sun loungers and chairs on the sun terrace.

There is an underground garage and the house can be accessed by the  internal staircase, just off the garage.
